One of the clearest measures of customer service is the rate of return of goods. We average about 1 per year total, and the most recent was from one of the most successful automotive dealer groups in North America. The product was returned to our stock and the correct one was delivered to the complete satisfaction of that group. A follow-up call was made and the customer expressed appreciation at how the complete transaction was handled from initial call to after delivery use. The component was precisely what they needed. Until the Client has used or consumed our products and are completely satisfied, the transaction is not complete! Case Studies (1) Reduction of Hazardous Waste Streams. The City of Glendale has drastically reduced disposal costs by well in excess of the typical annual cost of $60,000 they were experiencing prior to implementation of our remediation program. In that first year this new program was in force, total outlay to bioremediate oil spills was less than $5,000 per year in product. This program now allows City Personnel to be highly selective on hydrocarbon spills and to determine how spills should be addressed or, if too large, whether to assign the cleanup to an outside firm. So far, the outside firms have not been needed, and spills are being completely addressed by City Of Glendale (Arizona) Personnel.
